Hermen Dange is a sportsperson and Public Speaker from Manchester who was previously an ex-inmate involved with Drugs/Gang activity now focusing on inspiring a new generation by using his story as a guide to help other ex-cons and young children to change their lives for the better.

Hermen’s time in prison, was a turning point for him where he threw himself into educational courses and started creating a different type of Gang through networking and discovering different types of talent in others.

 

As well as having his own businesses in the Transport and Food industry Hermen has launched a new educational project: "The 2nd Chance Programme" which he delivers across England in Referral Units(PRUs), Schools, Prisons and Youth centres. 

 

Hermen is very passionate about fitness and sports, determined to influence the youth of today by continuously working on achieving new targets and raising awareness. In addition to his personal pursuits, Hermen also established his own running club (Made Running), where he brings together a community that share his enthusiasm for running and well-being.
